[bskyembed] Add gallery embed support

Renders app.bsky.embed.gallery#view in the embed iframe using the same
1/2/3/4 layouts as legacy images, plus a 2x2 grid with a +N overlay on
the 4th tile for 5+ photo posts. Embed remains non-interactive (whole
embed navigates to the post), so no carousel.
Bumps @atproto/api from ^0.15.25 to 0.20.11 to match the main app and
pick up AppBskyEmbedGallery types.
