feat(lightbox): replace native chrome with new header/footer
...
Wire Header and Footer from src/features/lightbox/chrome/ into ImagePager.tsx,
removing the old ImageDefaultHeader and LightboxFooter inline function, and
deleting the now-empty src/view/com/lightbox/ tree.
