Apply same Android build changes to bundle-deploy-eas-update workflow
...
The testflight-android profile now produces an AAB, so update
buildIfNecessaryAndroid to output build.aab, submit to Google Play,
and use bundletool to produce a signed universal APK for the artifact.

Simplify Android build workflow: use bundletool + eas submit
...
Replace the redundant second EAS build (production-apk) with bundletool
to generate a universal APK from the AAB. Add eas submit to auto-submit
to Google Play for both profiles. Both profiles now follow the same
path: Build AAB → eas submit → bundletool APK → upload artifact → Slack.
