Claude 4c24e60f74 Always render ListFooter, show CreateAnother only at end with items 
Remove null return - always render ListFooter for consistent padding.
CreateAnother only shows when isMe, at end of list, and has items.

Claude a82bbb6d25 Show CreateAnother only at end of list on own profile 
CreateAnother replaces ListFooter only when:
- Viewing own profile (isMe)
- No more pages to load (!hasNextPage)
- Not currently fetching (!isFetchingNextPage)

Otherwise show ListFooter for pagination/loading state.

Claude c7d51d6390 Render both ListFooter and CreateAnother when isMe 
Always render ListFooter for pagination behavior (loading indicator,
error state). When viewing own profile, also render CreateAnother
button after the ListFooter.

Claude 82f304eb4a Add pagination props to ListFooter and enable border top 
Pass isFetchingNextPage, hasNextPage, error, and onRetry props to
ListFooter for consistent pagination behavior. Remove borderTopWidth: 0
to allow the border top to render like other list implementations.

Claude ae5985501e Use ListFooter component for consistency with other lists 
Use the existing ListFooter component when viewing other users'
profiles instead of a plain View, matching the pattern used in
ProfilesList and FeedsList components.

Claude c1c981e884 Fix scroll issues on Starter Packs profile tab 
Add proper ListFooterComponent with bottom padding to ensure the last
starter pack item is always visible and scrollable. Previously, when
viewing someone else's profile, no footer was rendered, causing the
last item to be cut off - especially when starter packs had long
descriptions.

This follows the same pattern used in ProfilesList (fixed in #8039)
and FeedsList components.

Fixes #9296
