French translations (for v1.96) (#6991)

* Bump translation strings for fr

* Translate new strings in French

* Fix a few problems and typos in existing fr locale

- Archivé par followed by a date do not make sense
- l’arrive is clearly a typo, and I rewrote it so it feels better in French
- Ex. with this casing is not frequent, so I moved it at the end (no terseness required here)
- Feedback is now translated using a common translation of those in other UIs
- Removed "Les" in "Les mots" as it's a menu item
- Plus aucune is correct but too formal and weird so switching to Pas d’autre

* Remove all legacy, commented strings

* Use guillemets on fr string about app icons

* Fix translation of “Back” to “Retour” in french
