Claude 4b1b63ec7f Update starter pack message to clarify users joined Bluesky ...

Change "used this starter pack" to "joined Bluesky via this starter
pack" for clearer messaging. Also add notes to CLAUDE.md that intl
extract/compile commands should not be run manually.
