Samuel Newman aa39150c49 feat: inline layout for getting started card at medium breakpoint 
When viewport has left nav but no right nav (500-1100px), display
the stacked avatars and follow button inline with flex-wrap.

Samuel Newman d763090529 fix: add accessibility hint to FeedItem 
Provide meaningful accessibilityHint for screen readers instead of
empty string. Now describes that selecting the item opens the feed.

Samuel Newman 69e2004a9a fix: add type safety to profile follows cache update 
Replace any types with proper InfiniteData<AppBskyGraphGetFollows.OutputSchema>
typing for the optimistic cache update when following/unfollowing profiles.

Samuel Newman 30e0069651 fix: use stable keys and proper types in StackedAvatars 
Use profile.did as React key instead of array index to prevent
reconciliation issues when the follows list changes order.
Updated type to use bsky.profile.AnyProfileView for better type safety.
