Fix CI: add generate-webpack-stats-file alias and fix stats path

- Add `generate-webpack-stats-file` as alias to `analyze` for backwards
  compatibility with CI workflow
- Change stats.json output path to '../stats.json' to match old webpack
  config behavior (generates in root, not in web-build/)
