Fix OnLayoutChangeListener lambda parameter count

The lambda had 10 destructured parameters but OnLayoutChangeListener
only passes 9 (view, left, top, right, bottom, oldLeft, oldTop,
oldRight, oldBottom). Remove the extra placeholder.
