include eslint plugin tests in vitest run

These ran under jest-expo's default testMatch but were missed by the
initial vitest include glob (they live under eslint/, not src/ or
__tests__/, and are .js). Recovers 101 tests covering the
avoid-unwrapped-text and lingui-msg-rule custom rules.
